基于多元回归分析的非营利组织评价体系构建——以浙江宁波区级红十字会为例

摘　　要：近年来,非营利组织迅速发展壮大,成为社会领域中不可忽视的重要力量。建立科学有效的评估体系是非营利组织健康发展的重要保证,本文在借鉴国内外非营利组织评估理论的基础上,结合中国非营利组织现状,基于多元回归分析方法设计并构建了我国非营利组织评价体系,并以浙江省宁波市区级红十字会为例进行了实证研究,研究结果表明:对于扶持助他型非营利组织而言,组织社会责任的实现程度对组织绩效的贡献最大,组织战略、资金运作的贡献较小,而信息披露维度指标对组织绩效的贡献则最小。由此反映出的我国非营利组织存在的相关问题仍需进一步探讨。In recent years, non - profit organization （NPO） has developed rapidly and has been an important power in society. It is one of the most necessary ways for non - profit organization to build appraisal system. According to some relevant appraisal theories of oversea and China and status of Chinese non - profit organizations, we proposed appraisal system for Chinese non - profit organizations based on multiple regression analysis. Then we made a positive research on Zhejiang province Ningbo Red Cross. Finally, conclusions are as follows： for aim - others non - profit organization, the dimension of social responsibility contributes most to the organization performance; the dimensions of organization strategy and financial operation are the second; the dimension of information disclosure contributes least to the organization performance. Many questions from them are still unclear and need further study.
