摘 要:使用氧化絮凝复合床新技术处理高色度印染废水,研究了影响处理效果的一系列物理化学因素:pH值、电压、处理时间、填料组分与粒径等,色度>10000倍的印染废水,脱色率>99%、CODCr去除率>75%。A new method has been established for decoloring of high colority dyeing wastewater with oxide-flocculation reactor (OFR) technique. The mechanism of dye and other contaminants removal is actually the oxidation of hydroxyl radical (·OH). Various factors whether physical or chemical:cell voltage, main electrode distance, testing solution,pH value, air flow rate, treating time etc, which affected the decoloring rate have been studied. The results of contaminants removal in dyeing wastewater for colority>10 000 under the optical testing condition were very good:decoloring rate>99%,COD Cr removal rate>75%.
