摘　　要：美国金融风暴席卷全球,令许多人对金融创新及金融衍生品谈虎色变。这对于正处于金融创新起步阶段的中国金融业来说无疑是一记沉重的打击。当前中国应当吸取美国金融危机的经验教训,不但要加快资本市场的金融创新,还要深化投资银行在业务、融资方式和监管方式上的创新。The American financial storm engulfs the entire world,and now many people turn pale at the mention of the financial innovation and the financial derivation.Undoubtedly this is a heavy strike on the Chinese financial innovation which is still in its beginning stage.Learning from experiences and lessons of the American financial crisis,we should not only speed up the financial innovation of the capital market,but also deepen the innovation of investment banks in terms of business,modes of financing and financial regulation.
