摘 要:目的建立原子荧光光谱法同时测定化妆品中的砷和汞的方法。方法采用微波消解预处理样品和原子荧光光谱法同时测定化妆品中的砷和汞的含量。结果检出限:砷0.073ug/L,汞0.012ug/L。线性范围:砷0~32ug/L,相关系数为0.9999。汞0~3.2ug/L,相关系数为0.9996。砷、汞相对标准偏差分别为2.01%~1.28%、3.27%~1.44%。回收率分别为96.4%、94.9%。结论微波消解-双道原子荧光光谱法同时测定化妆品中的砷和汞具有操作简便、快速、检出限低、灵敏度高、结果准确等优点,适合于化妆品中砷和汞的同时测定。Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in cosmetics by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods Microwave heating of sample digestion was applied to the simultaneous detection determination of arsenic and mercury in cosmetics samples. Results The limits of detection were 0.073ug/L for arsenic and 0.012ug/L for mercury. The linear ranges were 0 - 32 ug/L for arsenic with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9999 and 0 - 3.2 ug/L for mercury with the correlation coefficient of 0.9996. The RSD for arsenic was 2.01% - 1.28% and 3. 27% - 1.44% for mercury. The recoveries were 96.4% for arsenic and 94.9% for mercury. Conclusion The method had advantages of simple operation, fast determination, low limit of detection, high sensitivity as well as accurate results, and therefore Was suitable for the simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in cosmetics samples.
