摘　　要：目的调查复治性肺结核的生存状况,寻求相应的对策。方法采用问卷形式,抽取106例复治性肺结核患者进行调查,调查患者的生存状况,分析影响患者生活质量的因素。结果复治性肺结核患者的生活质量低,影响因素有婚姻状况、疾病本身、医疗付款方式、心理健康、社会家庭支持。结论医务人员应关注患者的心理健康状况和社会支持水平,从而提高复治性肺结核患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the patient of retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis live-condition in order to explore relevant strategy. Methods Extract randomly 106 patients of retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis to investigate their live-condition through way of questionnaire and analyse factor which can affect patients＇s life quality. Result The patient of retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis owns lower life quality. It＇s influence factor include marriage condition, disease itself,manner of payment forfee-forservice, psychology health,support of society and family. Conclusion The medical personnel should pay much attention to psychology health and support of society,thereby enhancing patient of retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis life-quality.
