摘 要:目的应用呼吸机机械通气治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭。方法对43例呼吸衰竭患儿给予机械通气,遵循一定的小儿机械通气原则,根据具体疾病的特点和病情变化选择合适的通气模式和参数。结果43例患儿32例成活,死亡3例,放弃8例。结论熟练掌握小儿机械通气的肺相关力学知识、通气模式和参数调节的相关原则,遵守临床应用常规,及时和正确使用机械通气,能显著提高呼吸衰竭小儿的抢救成功率。Objective To treat neonatal respiratory failure with application of mechanical ventilation. Methods Give mechanical ventilation to 43 neonates of respiratory failure, follow certain principles of mechanical ventilation in children, and choose a suitable change of ventilation mode and parameters according to the characteristics of specific diseases and conditions. Results 43 neonates with 32 cases survived , 3 cases died and 8 cases gave up. Conclusion Master of lung-related mechanical knowledge in children with mechanical ventilation and the principle related to ventilation mode and parameters, compliance with clinical practices, timely and proper use of mechanical ventilation, can significantly improve the survival rate in children with respiratory failure.
