高压液相色谱法测定废水中的苯胺和硝基苯胺

摘　　要：建立了ＭｉｃｒｏＰＡＫＣＮ－１０柱和６９％正己烷加３０％二氯甲烷加１％异丙醇为流动相，用紫外鉴定器在２５４ｎｍ处检测的液相色谱系统，并用该系统测试了染料厂废水。方法检出限为：苯胺７１６ｎｇ，邻硝基苯胺１５２ｎｇ，间硝基苯胺２４８ｎｇ，对硝基苯胺５３９ｎｇ。回收率为８０％～９９％，变异系数在１８２％～９９６％之间。The use of HPLC with Micro PAK CN-10 column and a UV detector at 254 nm provides the basis for a highly selective and sensitive method for the determination of aniline and nitroanilines in the wastewater of dye plant.Limit of detection:aniline, 7.16ng ;2-nitroaniline,1.52 ng;3-nitroaniline,2.48ng;4-nitroaniline,5.39ng.The recovery rate of the method was 80%～99% with the variation coefficient of 1.82%～9.96%.
