摘　　要：目的探讨如何利用《中国图书馆分类法》第4版给医学科研论文准确标注分类号。方法详细介绍《中图法》第4版中相关类目的设置原则、标引的注意事项以及工作实际中的标引经验。结果可以迅速、准确地对科研论文进行标引。结论只有全面了解《中图法》第4版的编制原则才能合理进行标引。Objective To detect the method of indexing CLC number by Chinese Library Classification （4ed）. Methods The principle of settlement, indexing attentions and experience of Chinese Library Classification （4ed） were introduced in detail. Results Scientific papers could be indexed exactly and quickly. Conclusion CLC number can be indexed reasonably with the complete insight into the making principle of Chinese Library Classification （4ed）.
