摘 要:目的观察中药复方活血通对糖尿病大鼠晚期糖基化终产物(AGEs)的影响,探讨中药复方活血通防治糖尿病慢性并发症的作用机制。方法采用链脲佐菌素糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为预防组和治疗组,给予中药复方活血通灌胃,并以氨基胍作为对照,治疗12周,观察中药复方活血通对糖尿病大鼠血糖和肾组织AGEs的影响。结果中药复方活血通预防组和治疗组血糖、中药复方活血通预防组、治疗组和氨基胍组肾组织AGEs均较模型组为低(P<0.01);氨基胍组血糖高于中药复方活血通预防组(P<0.05),与模型组比较,差异也有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中药复方活血通可能通过降低血糖,抑制终末期糖基化终产物在肾皮质中的形成,延缓糖尿病慢性并发症的进一步发展。Objective To investigate the effects of activating blood and resolving stasis hexue Composita(HXC) on advanced glycation end products(AGES) in kidneys of diabetic rats. Methods STZ induced diabetic rats were randomized to HXC prevention group and HXC treatment group. The levels of blood glucose and AGEs in kidneys of the animals were checked after 12 weeks'treatment and compared with that of aminoguanidine (AG) treatment group. Resuits Blood glucose level in the HXC prevention andt reatment group,and AGEs in kidneys of the HXC prevention group and the AG group were lower than those of the non treated group ( P 〈0.01). Blood glucose level in the AG group was higher than that in the HXC prevention group( P 〈0.05) ,but was significantly different from that in the nontreated group ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion HXC might delay the development of diabetic complications by decreasing blood glucose and inhibiting AGEs formation in kidneys of STZ induced diabetic rats.
