摘　　要：依据中国科技信息事业在本质上属于软科学研究机构范畴这一客观事实,从软科学、智能科学和信息科学的视角对以该事业为重要实践基础和来源的中国情报学学科定位进行界定,指出图书情报不会是一家,中国情报学理应属于管理科学范畴而绝不会只是LIS中与library相联系的Information Science那么简单。Sci. ＆ Tech. intelligence （information） undertaking of China in nature belongs to organizations for the research of soft science. Disciplinary location of Chinese intelligence studies science which is based on the undertaking mentioned above belongs to management science. So Chinese intelligence studies should never be simply identified with Information Science in LIS, but be analyzed respectively from the perspectives of Soft Science, Intelligence Science and Information Science.
