摘  要:为了解决过程控制和自动化过程中时序控制的问题,较为详细地介绍了基于LabVIEW和数据采集卡的虚拟脉冲信号产生方法,采用多路数字信号序列同步输出的方式,设计并实现一种通用的多路时序控制脉冲信号发生器。相比于传统的时序信号发生器,具有路数多,参数调节方便,精度较高,容易升级等特点。实际测试和应用表明,可以广泛应用于各种过程控制和自动化过程中。To resolve the sequential control problem in the process control and automated process. The method of virtual pulse signal generator based on LabVIEW and data acquisition card are introduced in detail. Using the way of multi - channel digital signal sequence synchronization output,a kind of general multichannel sequential controlling pulse signal generator is developed and designed. Comparing to traditional sequential signal generator, it has more channels to output pulse signal, and its parameters can be adjusted easily, its precision is higher, and update easily. The result of measurement and application shows that it can be widely applied to many kinds of process control and the automated process.
