摘 要:为了降低光伏并网逆变器的复杂性,提高系统的可靠性,可以将IPM智能功率模块PM50B4LB060应用到光伏并网逆变电路中,由于其内部有驱动和保护电路,开关控制信号的产生电路输入端直接与光耦相连,光耦的输出可以直接输入IPM模块,控制IPM内部开关管的开合,实现逆变功能,光耦起隔离作用。介绍光伏逆变器和逆变电路原理,给出了开关控制信号波形和输出电压仿真波形。与其他逆变电路相比,减少了外围元器件,提高了系统可靠性。In order to reduce complexity of the photovoltaic grid- connected of inverter, and improve system reliability, the IPM intelligent power module PM50b41b060 can be used for the inverter circuit, because of its internal drive and protective circuit,switch control input signal generator circuit connected directly with the optocoupler. The optocoupler output can directly enter the IPM module,control the internal switch of IPM within the opening and closing,implementing the inverter function. The optocoupler isolate from the circuit of control to the inverter. The photovoltaic inverters and inverter circuit principle are introduced,the switch control signal waveform and output voltage simulation waveform are given. Compared to other inverter circuit,it decreases the external components,and improves reliability of the system.
