摘 要:采用气固相连续流动固定床反应器研究HZSM-5分子筛催化苯与草酸二乙酯的烷基化反应。考察硅铝比对分子筛催化活性及产物选择性的影响,采用吡啶吸附红外光谱和氨气-程序升温脱附等手段对不同硅铝比的HZSM-5分子筛进行表征。结果表明,硅铝比为200的分子筛对该反应显示了良好的催化性能。此外还考察了温度、原料配比、空速等条件对该反应的影响。结果表明,在温度为653 K、苯与草酸二乙酯的摩尔比为4:1、空速为1 h^(-1)的条件下,苯的转化率可以达到38.7%,乙苯的选择性可以达到84.2%。Alkylation of benzene with diethyl oxalate(DEO)in a continuous flow fixed-bed reactor was carried out to synthesize ethylbenzene over HZSM-5 zeolite catalysts with various SiO2/Al2O3 ratios. The effect of SiO2/Al2O3 ratios on catalytic activity and selectivity for ethylbenzene was investigated and the properties of HZSM-5 zeolite were characterized by means of FT-IR adsorption of pyridine and NH3-TPD. Results indicated that HZSM-5 with SiO2/Al2O3 ratio of 200 exhibited the highest catalytic activity. The effects of reaction temperature,molar ratio of benzene to DEO and WHSV on the alkylation reaction were also studied. The results showed that under the optimum reaction conditions of a reaction temperature of 653 K,a benzene/DEO molar ratio of 4 and a WHSV of 1 h^-1,the conversion of benzene and the selectivity for ethylbenzene reached 38.7 % and 84.2 %, respectively.
