摘　　要：根据湛江市地方环境特点和环保局职能,介绍了该市环境管理信息系统(ZJEMIS)的开发目的、系统分析(用户分析、功能分析、数据分析)、结构设计、主要内容等。该系统在Windows 95环境下,以Foxpro 3.0为主要支持工具,结合其他GIS软件,模型采用Fortran for Windows、Visual C++4.0为编程语言,建立了全中文界面的多媒体环境管理信息系统。Based on the environmental Characteristics and functions of of EPB in Zhangjiang to introduce the developing purposes of environmental management information system, systematic analysis, structure design and main contents etc. Taking Windows 95 as exploiting environment, Foxpro 3.0 as main supporting tool, integrating with other GIS software, and Fortran for Windows, Visual C++ 4.0 as compiling language of model program, then estalbished multi-media environmental management information system.
