摘 要:对Fe-ZSM-5分子筛催化剂上N_2O一步氧化苯制苯酚的工艺条件进行了实验研究。以单因素实验法系统考察了温度、苯与N_2O摩尔比和空速对氧化过程的影响;并基于L_(16)(4~5)正交实验设计确定相对适宜的氧化工艺条件为:温度400℃、苯与N_2O摩尔比5.0:1、空速6 000 h^(-1),在此条件下苯酚收率为45.28%,N_2O转化率为89.28%,苯酚选择性为50.72%。The process conditions of benzene to phenol with nitrous oxide over Fe-ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst were studied in this paper. The effects of reaction temperature, C6 H6/N2O molar ratio and space velocity on the oxidation process were investigated by single-factor test method, and the optimum process conditions were obtained by means of orthogonal test designed method. Under the optimum conditions of a reaction temperature of 400 ℃ ,a C6H6/N2O molar ratio of 5,a space velocity of 6 000 h^-1 ,the N2O conversion,the yield and selectivity of phenol were 89. 28% ,45. 28% and 50.72% ,respectively.
