摘　　要：本文从分析资本主义生产方式的基本特征入手,说明资本主义基本矛盾构成对资本主义发展的限制,而资本主义经济则力求开辟新的空间突破这种限制,当新的空间被资本开发殆尽时就会出现严重的全局性危机。文章回顾了20世纪资本主义通过资本输出、国家干预、经济金融化等几个阶段突破基本矛盾的限制,而资本主义基本矛盾又通过20世纪30年代大危机与世界战争、70年代滞胀和当前的金融危机一次次对资本主义发展构成新限制。文章认为当前危机是自20世纪70年代以后资本主义经济金融化发展空间开发殆尽的结果。今后,资本主义只有找到新空间才能获得新一轮发展。The paper starts with an analysis of the basic features of the capitalist production mode to explain how basic contradictions of capitalism have posed restrictions to development of capitalism, and how capitalist economy strives to find new possibilities to break through these restrictions. When possibilities are exhausted, severe global crisis will result. The paper recalls the experiences of capitalism in the 20th century. In 20th capitalism, capital had been trying to break through the restrictions of its basic contradictions by resorting to export of capital, state intervention, and financialization of economy. But the capital frequently found itself surrounded by new obstacles in the form of serious crises and world wars in the 1930s, stagnation in the 1970s, and the current financial crisis. The author holds that the current financial crisis points to the fact that there is no room left for the financialization of economy since 1970s. Capitalism may not be able to start a new round of development unless new room for development is discovered.
