摘  要:阐述了煤气加压站的设计策略,通过对宝钢宽厚板9#煤气混合加压站系统需求分析入手,以满足宽厚板加热炉的工况变化而引起的流量变动,并保持热值的稳定为目标,对煤气混合加压站的设计要素进行了分析。提出了混合煤气的混合比率通过流量比进行控制,并辅以热值修正的控制方案。通过硬件、软件综合设计,满足9#煤气混合加压站在功能、安全、可靠性方面的综合要求。The design strategy of the gas pressuring station of Baosteel Group was presented.In the light of demand of No.9 gas mixing and pressuring station for wide heavy steel plate,in order to meeting the needs of flow capacity changing owing to operating condition changing of the heating furnace for the wide heavy steel plate and keep stable calorific value,the design factors of the gas mixing and pressuring station were analyzed.It considered that mixing ratio of mixing gas should be controlled by flow ratio and its calorific value should be modified.Integrated design of hardware and software could meet the needs of No.9 gas mixing and pressuring station in function,safety and reliability.
