摘　　要：对马钢第二钢轧总厂30 t转炉活动烟罩进行了结构改造,通过使用气体密封代替了原有的溢流水密封,实现节能的效果,实现降低故障率和检修的快速更换目的。The reconstruction for the movable hood of 30t combined top and bottom blown converter of No.2 Steel Making and Rolling Plant of Maanshan Iron Steel Co.,Ltd has been carried out.The old overflowwater seal is replaced by the new gas seal to realize saving energy.It reduces failure rate and realizes quick replacement.
