摘 要:通过心率团队系统对我国男子冰球运动员冰上训练负荷情况进行研究,并与比赛负荷进行对比,分析冰上训练中常用训练方法手段的合理性和有效性,找出训练中存在的问题。结果表明:技、战术训练强度为最大心率的70%~80%;体能训练Ⅰ强度为最大心率的70%~85%;体能训练Ⅱ强度为最大心率的70%~90%(前锋)、70%~85%(后卫),体能训练Ⅲ的强度为最大心率的70%~90%。说明我国男子冰球运动员冰上训练中运动员处于极限心率状态的时间很少,运动负荷强度较低。After the ice training load of Chinese male ice hockey players being researched by applying the heart rate system and being compared with the competitive load, the article analyzes the rationality and validity of general ice training methods, finds out the problems existing in the training. With the index of maximum heart rate, the results show that the intensity of technical and tactical training is 70 - 80% ; the intensity of physical training Ⅰ is 70 - 85% ; the intensity of physical training Ⅱ is 70 - 90% ( forward), 70- 85% (fullback) ; the intensity of physical training Ⅲ is 70 -90% it indicates that Chinese male ice hockey players'ice training is less in utmost heart rate and is short in the load intensity.
