摘　　要：研究目的:设计一种速度滑冰陆地全相模拟场地与训练器械,运动员可利用其在陆地上按冰上实际比赛项目的距离进行起跑、直道横向滑行、弯道交叉蹬动技术的状态、步频、时间、力量进行的循环训练。研究方法:设计加工一套由中心定位盘、弯道弧度插接限定道、旋转的中心定位转盘、圆周运动负重扶车、弯道塑胶踏道、负重扶车配重块、塑料滑道等共同组成速度滑冰陆地全相模拟场地和训练器械系统,研究结果:运动员可利用其训练可有效提高专项力量耐力能力,促进运动成绩提高。Research object ： To design a set of full - phased speed skating land imitation training field and equipment, by which the athletes can do some circulating training on the land according to the position, stride frequency, time and strenth of the techniques of starting, transverse sliding in the straight and crossed pushing in the curve used on the ice field. Research methods： By designing a set of full - phased speed skating land imitation training field and equipment composed of central dowel disc, cuttage grafting restricting track of curve radian, rolling turnplate for central positioning, circular motional loading walker, plastic tread -track for the curves, counterweight clump for loading walker and plastic track. Results： By using it, the athelets can improve their special strength endurance efficiently, thus promoting the sporting performance.
