摘　　要：设计了一种金免疫试条定量检测用的仪器,利用家用摄像头摄取图像,用图像处理的方法得到测试线颜色的绿色分量,并与浓度建立回归关系.数据表明用该仪器对金标试条进行定量检测是可行的.A quantitative reader of colloidal gold-based immunochromatographic was designed. The image was obtained by normal camera. The green component of testing line color was got through image processing, and regression with concentration was established. The data showed that the quantitative test for colloidal gold-based immunochromatographic assay was adaptable.
