利胆化瘀片治疗胆囊炎的机制研究

摘　　要：目的探讨利胆化瘀片对动物胆汁分泌量、疼痛、肠推进和实验性胆囊炎的影响。方法以豚鼠和小鼠为实验动物,进行豚鼠胆汁流量试验、小鼠扭体镇痛试验、小鼠肠推进试验,建立豚鼠感染性胆囊炎模型,进行血流动力学和胆囊病理学检测,观察利胆化瘀片的作用。结果与对照组比较,利胆化瘀片组豚鼠胆汁流量明显增加,小鼠扭体次数明显减少,肠蠕动的促进率提高,感染性胆囊炎豚鼠血流动力学明显改善,病理学结果显示豚鼠胆囊炎症状减轻。结论利胆化瘀片具有显著利胆、抗炎、镇痛、促进肠蠕动及改善全血黏度的作用,这可能是其治疗胆囊炎的具体机制。Objective To investigate the effect of Lidanhuayu tablet on bile excretion,pain,intestinal propulsion and experimental cholecystitis in animals. Methods Guinea pigs and mice were chosen for study subjects. Bile excretion test of guinea pig, body-twisting test and small intestinal propulsive function test of mice were determined. The model of cholecystitis in guinea pigs was established. The change of hemorrheology and pathologic detection of gall bladders were determined after the intervention of Lidanhuayu tablet. Results Compared with the control group,the volume of bile excretion was increased in guinea pig after treatment of Lidanhuayu tablet. The numbers of mice body-twisting were decreased and small intestinal propulsive function was improved after treatment of Lidanhuayu tablet. The properties of hemeorreology and pathologic results of guinea pigs with cholecystitis were improved in Lidanhuayu tablet treatment group. Conclusion The mechanism of Lidanhuayu tablet in treating cholecystitis may be related to bile excretion increasing, anti-inflammation, pain relieving, intestinal propulsive function improving and the change of hemorrheological status.
