摘　　要：质量已成为软件开发过程的核心,使用正确的工具和技术,才能确保开发过程受控于满足产品质量目标的度量和模型。介绍了过程成熟度框架和质量标准,论述了软件质量度量和软件质量工程模型:可靠性模型、可靠性增长模型以及质量管理模型。The quantity is the core that software develops process. Insure to develop process is suffered to control in metrics and models which Satisfy the product quantity target with Right tool and technique. This text synopsis introduced the frame of process maturity and the quantity standard, Discussed the metrics in software quantity and the software quantity engineering models： The dependable model, dependable increases model and quantity management model.
