摘  要:稠油污水经处理后回用是环保、节能、减排,提高采收率的有效途径。陈庄集油站污水具有高温、高盐、油水乳化较严重的特点,且硬度较高(达390mg/L)。针对陈庄稠油污水的特点,进行了污水生化处理可行性评价,提出了以气浮、生化处理、化学加药、超滤、反渗透为主要技术的水淡化处理工艺流程。中试结果表明,试验达到了油田污水的处理指标,污水含油小于1mg/L,矿化度366mg/L,满足了湿蒸汽锅炉用水的水质要求。经济分析表明,污水处理后回用于热采锅炉具有很好的经济效益。The reutilization of heavy oil sewage after treatment is an effective way to protect environment, save energy, abate emission and enhance oil recovery. The sewage of Chenzhuang gathering station has high temperature, high salt, serious oil-water emulsion, and high hardness (up to 390mg/L). Aiming at these characteristics, the evaluation of biochemical treatment feasibility was carried out, and the desalination treatment technology based on air float, biochemical treatment, chemicals, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis was proposed. The interim test results show that the experimental flow achieves the indexes of oilfield sewage treatment, the sewage oil content is less than 1mg/L,and the salinity is 366mg/L. The results also satisfy the water quality requirement of wet steam boiler. Economic analysis shows that the reutilization of sewage after treatment in thermal recovery boiler has good economic benefits.
