摘　　要：目的建立α-生育酚含量的高效液相测定方法。方法采用Agilent Zorbax-C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇,检测波长为290nm,流速为1.2mL·min-1,柱温为28℃。结果α-生育酚在0.0505～0.404mg·mL-1范围内线性良好,r=0.9999;平均回收率为100.7%(n=9,RSD=0.9%)。结论本方法简单、迅速、准确,可用于天然维生素软胶囊中α-生育酚的含量测定。Objective To establish a method using HPLC for determination of α-Tocopherol in Natural Vitamin E Soft Capsules.Methods Agilent Zorbax-C18 column was used with mobile phase of methanol at detection wavelength of 290nm.The flow rate was 1.2mL·min-1 and column temperature was 28℃.Results The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.0505-0.404mg·mL-1,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 100.7% with a relative standard deviation of 0.9%.Conclusions The method is simple,quick and accurate.It can be used for quality control of a-tocopherol in the drug.
