摘　　要：目的对乙型肝炎病毒感染是诱发原发性肝细胞癌的重要因素之一,引起高度重视。方法综述了近年来乙型肝炎病毒诱导原发性肝细胞癌发病机制的研究进展,包括直接和间接作用机制。结果与结论直接作用主要阐述了HBV基因组整合入宿主DNA及HBx基因对宿主基因的转录调控作用;间接作用表现为宿主-病毒相互作用对肝细胞癌发生的影响,主要与T细胞免疫应答,内质网应激和免疫逃逸等机制相关。Objective Type B hepatitis virus（HBV）infection is one of the major factors in inducing HCC,while there is high incidence of HBV infection in our country.Methods This paper reviews progress on the pathogenesis mechanism of HBV inducing HCC,including the direct and indirect mechanism.Results and Conclusions The direct effects are mainly the HBV genome integration and the gene transcription regulation results from HBx;the indirect role is the impact of host-virus interactions on the development of hepatocellular carcinoma, mainly associated with the T cell-mediated immune response, endoplasmic reticulum stress and the immune escape.
