摘 要:为了探讨大豆异黄酮片对肉仔公鸡免疫功能的影响,将120只1日龄AA肉仔公鸡随机分为4组,在相同的饲养条件下,分别对试验组灌胃大豆异黄酮片30、100、200mg/kg(bw)3个剂量。在试验14、28、42天采血和剖杀,探讨不同剂量水平大豆异黄酮对肉仔公鸡免疫机能的影响。结果显示,大豆异黄酮可促进法氏囊和脾脏的发育,并且随剂量变化更为明显,脾脏指数和法氏囊指数随剂量的变化也较明显;T淋巴细胞的EtRFC%形成试验表明,与对照组相比,给予大豆异黄酮可以增加肉仔公鸡的T淋巴细胞数目,使细胞免疫功能加强(P<0.05),但是高剂量与低剂量组之间差异并不显著(P>0.05)。该研究显示大豆异黄酮片可以促进肉仔公鸡免疫系统的发育,增强免疫功能。In order to analyze the effect of soybean isoflavone agents on immune functions in male broilers.One hundred and twenty AA male broilers of 1 day were divided into four groups at random respectively.GroupⅠ,groupⅡ and group Ⅲ were given by intragastric administration in 30,100,200 mg/kg(body weight)dosages IS at the same consituation.To detect effect of different dosages IS level,the blood and tissue samples of chickens were obtained randomly at 14,28,and 42 days.The results indicated that the weight of spleen, bursa of Fabricius were enhanced, and had higher weight than that of the control, at the same time, spleen and bursa of Fabri- cius index were changed with dosages. Erythocyte total rosette forming cell of T lymphocyte also indicated that IS could enhance cell immune function (P〈0.05) with comparison to the control, but there was no significant difference (P〉0.05).The study indicated that soybean isoflavone agents could promote development of immune system and enhance immune function.
