左旋咪唑影响流感灭活疫苗(H9N2)抗体滴度

摘　　要：为了研究不同剂量的左旋咪唑对鸡流感病疫苗免疫效果的影响,将20只17日龄雏鸡,随机分成A、B、C、D四组,每组5只。分别皮下注射H9N2灭活疫苗0.5ml/羽,同时给试验组A(0.6mg)、B(0.3mg)、C(0.15mg)剂量的左旋咪唑,D组注射生理盐水作为对照。免疫后0、7、14、21和28天,翅下静脉采血检测抗H9N2亚型禽流感病毒抗体滴度。结果表明,给药组的抗体水平都明显高于对照组;不同给药剂量的组别的抗体水平也存在差别,0.6mg、0.3mg剂量组鸡只平均抗体水平基本一致,却明显低于0.15mg的低剂量组。这表明左旋咪唑影响H9N2流感病毒疫苗抗体滴度,低剂量(0.15mg)添加左旋咪唑,可提高疫苗的抗体水平。To study immune effect of Levamisole on the vaccine of H9N2 avian influenza,The 20 chicken were divided into four groups randomly named group A,B,C and D.Every group had five chickens,and A,B,C were treated with Levamisole and inactivated H9N2 vaccine（0.5ml/chick）,but the control group D with physiological saline and the same vaccine.Dosage of levamisole was divided into high-dosage,middle-dosage and low-dosage group.After the immunity of 0,7,14,21,28 d,the blood were gained respectively.Hemagglutination inhibition （HI） was used to detect the titers of antibody against the AIV （H9N2）. The results showed that the level of antibodies against bird flu increased strikingly in contrast to the control group. And there is a little variation among experimental group with different dosage of Levamisole at the same stage, basically, titers of group A is the same to that of group B, but both were lower than that of group C. All results indicated that the addiction of Levamisole in H9N2-AI-vaccine could promote the antibody level in chicken, and the best addiction was low dosages levamisole （0.15 mg）.
