摘 要:针对火力发电厂排放的固体废物粉煤灰,对环境造成了严重污染的现状,为了减少每年用于粉煤灰治理消耗掉的大量人力、物力和财力,提出了合理的治理粉煤灰污染的方法。通过将粉煤灰煅烧改性,盐酸浸取的方法来制备聚合铝,变废为宝,合理的利用资源,既改善了环境,又节约了资源。实验研究表明:粉煤灰在700℃煅烧改性之后,用浓度为17%的盐酸在温度为90℃和盐酸和粉煤灰的体积质量比为4 ml/g的条件下进行浸取3 h,再经过一系列的操作,得到聚合铝。该种方法制得的聚合铝,铝的浸取率可达35%,聚合铝的提取在工业生产方面也有很好的应用。In view of the fact that the solid waste Fly ash from coal-fired power plants makes serious pollution to the environment, in order to reduce a large amount of labors , materials and financial resources for the control o fly ash, the method put forward to control the pollution caused by fly ash reasonably.The article mainly introduces using fly ash to prepare polymerization aluminum by hydrochloric acid leaching, changing waste into treasure, utilizing resource reasonably. This method not only improves the environment but also saves lots of resource. Experimental research shows: after calcining modification at the 700~C, leach fly ash 3h at 90~C, by hydrochloric ACId whose density is 17%, under the volume mass ratio is 4ml/g., then after a series of operations, polymerization aluminum is prepared. The leaching rate of aluminum is 35% wich this method. This article introduces some application of polymerization aluminum.
