某难选钼矿矿石性质及选矿实验研究

摘　　要：为了对某难选钼矿的岩石矿物学性质进行研究,通过岩矿分析和物相分析以及磨矿和选矿试验研究,结果表明该钼矿石的结构构造是粒状变晶结构,条带状构造,岩石中有岩脉发育,属方柱石化透辉矽卡岩型;钼的品位为0.21%,其它元素含量较低,不具有提取价值;浮选采用一粗三扫六精的工艺流程。获得的粗精矿中钼含量为4.21%,粗精矿经多次精选,钼精矿品位为23.35%;尾矿经过扫选后,得到最终尾矿,其钼品位为0.08%。The paper studies the petromineralogy nature of the difficultly-dressed molybdenum mineral. Through the analysis of rock ore ,phase analysis and research on grinding and dressing experiment, the result shows it is granolithic texture and banded structure. There is dike growth in the rock. It is scapolitzation scare rock. Molybdenum grade is 0.21%. Other elements＇ contents are lower. They have not value for extraction. Using a coarse ,three scavenging and six wash flotation process, molybdenum content 4.21% is obtained in the rough concentration. Molybdenum concentration grade 23.35% for rough concentration through times of fine dressings .The final tailings embody molybdenum grade 0.08%.
