摘  要:针对粉煤灰作为火力发电厂的主要废弃物,其产量逐年增大,严重危害环境现状,为了综合利用中国巨大的粉煤灰资源,将粉煤灰"变废为宝",利用粉煤灰合成沸石产品,是一条利用和处置固体废弃物粉煤灰的好途径。综述了粉煤灰合成沸石的原理,传统的水热法、两步法和盐熔法等合成工艺,以及各种方法存在的问题。同时对粉煤灰合成沸石产品的应用情况作了阐述,指出开发粉煤灰沸石产品应该在粉煤灰合成沸石的工艺技术和转化理论以及粉煤灰合成沸石的性能表征上做深入研究。China is developing hydropower and nuclear power at present, but coal-fired power is still in main position. Fly ash is the main waste of thermal power plant and its output increases year by year and does harm to the environment. Zeolite is one type of crystallized aluminosilicate, having excellent performances suchas large specific surface, hydrothermal stability, micro-rich homogeneous etc. It has been widely used in chemical industry, petroleum industry and other sectors. In order to comprehensively utilize the tremendous fly ash resources of China, "turning waste into treasure", Synthetic zeolite products from fly ash, is a good way of utilization and disposal of solid waste fly ash. This paper reviews zeolite synthesis from coal fly ash, including the mechanism, the methodologies such as classic hydrothermal process, two-step process and molten-salt process, and those existing problems, then describes the application research of its products, pointing out the development of zeolite product should be in-depth studied on the technology of zeolite synthesis and transformation theory, as well as synthetic zeolite characterization
