摘　　要：为了解决自然资源短缺和环境恶化与经济发展的矛盾,正确核算环境污染损失,对传统国民经济核算体系进行修正和补充。用核算结果调整了国内生产总值等宏观经济指标,提出环境污染核算体系的构成框架,建立了环境污染核算体系,明确了目前中国环境污损失计量领域存在的问题。有利于科学全面地评价我国综合发展水平,制定有效的环境决策,为衡量中国可持续发展成果提供数据信息支持。In order to solve the contradiction between natural resources shortage,environment deterioration and ecnomic development and calcatlate the loss of the environmental pollution correctly, the ical indexes such as gross domestic product （GDP） are adjusted with the accounting results and the traditional national calalatiing system was amended and replenished simultaneously. In this article, the content and framework for the comprehensive accounting system of environmental economics of China was systematically expounded; the construction frame for accounting system of environmental pollution was lodged; and the calculating system for envirolamental pollution is established. The existing problems in the field of environmental pollution loss measurement of present China was analyzed, which is favourable to evaluate the comprehensive developmental level scientifically and roundly, seting the valid environmental policies, and also providing data for measuring the sustaineable economic growth of China.
