摘　　要：为了研究不同材质的咖啡机对环境和人类健康具有不同程度的不利影响问题,应用生命周期评价方法对产品的使用和终端处理阶段的清单进行分析,根据不同的评价目的选用具有针对性的特征化模型,对数据加权并得出结果,评价结果表明铝质咖啡机在致癌物的产生等各个方面对环境的影响都远远低于塑料咖啡机。该结果对消费者进行产品选择和生产者进行改进产品结构都具有一定的现实意义。The coffee machines of different materials have varying degrees of adverse effects on the environment and human health. The use of product and the list of terminal handling stage are analyzed with life cycle assessment method and a targeted feature model is selected according to the different purposes of evaluation.The data are weighted and results are obtained. Results show that the aluminium coffee machine is better than the plastic coffee machine ,which has smaller impacts on the environment, such as the formation of carcinogens.The results are of certain realistic significance for choosing products for consumers and improving the structure of the products for the producers.
