摘 要:河南某电厂脱硫系统浆液循环泵过流部位运行后经检查发现鼓包,为确认成因,现场检查并凿取鼓包裂片取样,对样品正反面及断面进行了目视、体视镜检查以及电镜观察和能谱测定。结合设备运行介质条件综合分析确认:鼓包部位存在材质表面冶金缺陷,向基底深入延伸,对鼓包部位形成立体面状包围;运行介质中腐蚀性成分对表面缺陷部位产生腐蚀并沿缺陷曲面以氧电化学腐蚀方式发展为立体面状腐蚀缝隙,腐蚀产物在腐蚀界面浓缩、结晶,产生应力使缺陷部位隆起、开裂并形成可见鼓包和裂纹。提出应清除鼓包并作防腐处理。In inspection after running, some bulges on the surface of pass through parts of slurry circulating pump in FGD system were found in a power plant in Henan. In order to analyze the cause, the split was taken by chiseling the bulges, and then it was inspected by visual, stereoscope, SEM and EDS. By integrated analysis the ambient condition of equipment operation, the conclusion was reached: some material surface defects presented at the bulges area, which shaped a three-dimensional curved surface surrounding the bulges; corrosive ingredient corroded the defects and further developed a three-dimensional corrosion cracks by oxygen electrochemistry corrosion manner; the corrosion products concentrated and crystallized, built up stress to make the defect parts bulging, then the bulges and cracks were formed. According to the corrosion mechanism, some suggestions were presented, such as removing the bulges and corrosion products and making some antiseptic treatment to stop corrosion.
