省间临时电力交易结算方法

摘　　要：随着电力市场的不断发展和网架结构的不断加强,省间临时电力交易日渐活跃。针对目前省间临时电力交易送受电方向具有不确定性,以及国家批复的省间交易价格各不相同的实际情况,提出按长期交易计划和临时交易计划的比例对长期交易和各笔临时交易电量进行结算的方法。以某地区某月电力数据为例,对该方法进行验证,结果表明该方法结算误差小,具有较好的公平性且易于实施。With the developing of the electricity market and the enhaneing of the power grid frame, the province-crossing temporary electricity interchange became active. In allusion to the undetermined direction of the province-crossing temporary eleetrieity interchange, and the different prices of the electrieity exchange authorized by the government, a settlement method of the provinee-crossing temporary electricity exchange was proposed, which is to ealeulate the long and the temporary exchange scheduling value by dividing up the difference of the eounting energy and the seheduled energy in proportion. At the end, an example of an area inter change transaction was given to prove that the settlement difference is lesser, the result is fair and this method is prone to implement.
