摘 要:研究了约束理论(theory of constraints,TOC)和系统化创新思维方法(systematic inventive thinking,SIT)的基本原理,据此构造了基于约束理论的系统化创新思维方法模型,并针对该模型提出了基于上述的理论与方法集成模式的创新设计方法。该方法采用约束理论的当前实现树和冲突解决图表分析问题、定义冲突,并将分析结果用以辅助系统创新思维方法的重构。根据重构的问题选择系统化创新思维策略,从而选择并应用恰当的创新思维激励方法获得解决方案。最后通过实例分析,验证了该方法的可行性。The basic principles of constraint theory and systematized innovative thinking method have been studied. The model of systematized innovative thinking method was hereby constructed based on the constraint theory, and aiming at this model the innovative designing method based on integrated mode of the above stated theory and method was put forward. This innovative designing method adopted current realization tree and conflict solving chart of the constraint theory to analyze problems and to define conflict, and let the analytical result be used to assist the systematic innovative thinking method for reconstruct problems. Based on the reconstructed problems to choose the systematized innovative thinking strategy, thus obtained the solving scheme by selecting and using the proper innovative thinking excitation method. Finally, by means of analysis of a living example, the feasibility of this method was verified.
