基层妇联的“作”与“为”——农村妇女对基层妇联的期望和评价

摘　　要：为了全面了解妇联干部对妇联工作的认识和评价,了解她们的工作方法,为制定妇联干部社会工作专业能力提升计划提供依据,选择内蒙古自治区赤峰市、四川省西昌市、罗江县和山东省济阳县进行问卷调查。调查结果显示:1、农村妇女对妇联的期望因民族、经济状况、文化程度的差异而不同;2、不同民族、文化程度的农村妇女对基层妇联的工作满意率存在差异。为此,需要对基层妇联干部进行社会工作方法的培训,提高其为广大农村妇女提供服务的能力。Investigations are made to understand rural women＇s expectation and evaluation upon Women＇s Federation, in order to provide basis for developing Women＇ s Federation cadres＇ professional social work competence. The results show： rural women＇s expectations on Women＇s Federations differ according to their nationalities, economic situation and education degree, and rural women with different nationalities, income and education standing have different - level satisfaction with the work of grass - roots Women＇ s Federations. The training on the social work way of Women＇ s Federation＇ s cadres should be strengthened to improve their ability to provide services.
