摘  要:目的:探讨清纤方抗肝纤维化的治疗机制。方法:利用CCl4制备肝纤维化大鼠模型,分为正常组、模型组、清纤方组、秋水仙碱组。治疗8周后,用HE和Masson染色观察肝纤维化的形成,免疫组化和RT-PCR检测肝组织中TGF-1βmRNA和蛋白的表达。结果:TGF-β1蛋白和mRNA的表达在治疗组均明显减少。结论:清纤方能有效减轻肝纤维化大鼠的肝脏损伤及纤维化程度,其机制可能与抑制肝内TGF-1β的表达有关。Purpose: To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Qingxianfang for anti-hepatic fibrosis. Method: Prepare hepatic fibrosis models of bandicoots and divide them into groups marked "normal", "control", "Qingxianfang" and "colchicines" by making use of CCl4. After eight weeks of medical treatment, an observation of hepatic fibrosis is carried on by using HE and Masson pigmentation, immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR checking of TGF-β1, mRNA and protein expression in hepatic tissue. Result : The expression of TGF-β1 protein and mRNA reduced clearly in treatment group. Conclusion : Qingxianfang is effective for easing the liver damage and hepatic fibrosis condition of bandicoots. The mechanism may be relative to the restraining of TGF-β1 expression inside the liver.
