山东省集体林权制度改革面临的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：集体林权改革是一个复杂的综合性系统工程,山东省在集体林权改革过程中还面临着诸多的问题。本文结合其他省份在集体林权制度改革中遇到的困难,分析了山东省在林改中面临的一些问题,并根据山东省的实际情况,提出了一些具体的对策建议。The collective forest right reform is a complicated and comprehensive project and there are still a series of problems during the reformation of collective forestry right in Shandong province.Associated with difficulties that come across in other provinces,the analysis of problems in the process of reformation of collective forestry right in Shandong province has been given in the article.Also some solution and suggestion to deal with the issues is proposed according to the practical situation in Shandong province.
