冰黄肤乐软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨冰黄肤乐软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法:91例患者随机分为观察组47例和对照组44例,观察组采用冰黄肤乐软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗。冰黄肤乐软膏涂擦患处,每日2次;采用NB-UVB治疗仪全身照射,隔日1次,总疗程2个月;对照组采用复方氟米松软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗,NB-UVB治疗仪全身照射方法与观察组相同,复方氟米松软膏涂擦患处,每日2次;治疗结束后观察疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为89.36%(42/47),对照组总有效率为50%(22/44),两组总有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:冰黄肤乐软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病疗效确切,安全方便,经济实用,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE： To explore the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Binghuangfule ointment combined with NB - UVB in the treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. METHODS： A total of 91 patients were randomly assigned to be treated with either Binghuangfule ointment （ applied locally b. i. d） combined with NB - UVB （ systemic irradiation every other day） for two months （trial group, n = 47） or Compound Flumetasone ointment （applied locally b. i. d） combined with NB- UVB （systemic irradiation every other day） （control group, n = 44）. The curative efficacy was evaluated after completion of treatment protocol. RESULTS： There were significant differences between the two groups in total effective rate [89.36% （42/47） in treatment group vs. 50% （22/44） in control group, P 〈 0.01）. CONCLUSION： Treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris with Binghuangfule ointment combined with NB- UVB proved to be effective, safe, convenient, economical and practical, thus the therapy is worthy of recommendation in clinical practice.
