摘　　要：纸张平滑度对印刷品质量有很大的影响。为了准确评价纸张平滑度,通过对硬件系统和软件流程的改进,设计出一种新型的高精度、智能化、自动化的纸张平滑度测量仪。该仪器可对纸张平滑度进行快速测量,为印刷纸张提供定量化的平滑度数值,为保证印刷中油墨的正常转移和最终的印刷质量提供依据,对提高印刷品质量具有一定的现实意义和应用价值。Paper Smoothness influence the presswork quality. In order to evaluate accurately the paper smoothness, a new type of paper smoothness measuring instrument was designed, which can provide high-precision, intelligence, automation and rapid measurement to the paper smoothness. It can give the quantitative value and make the ink transfer normally and ensure the printing quality. It has the practical significance and application value to improve the presswork quality.
