己糖激酶法测定血清葡萄糖的技术性能评价

摘  要:目的:对HK法测定血清葡萄糖的技术性能进行评价。方法:采用HK法进行精密度试验、回收试验、线性试验、干扰试验,并与GOD-POD偶联法进行比较。结果:HK法批内CV为1.28%,批间CV为1.91%,日间CV为2.20%,总CV为2.74%;平均回收率为99.12%;线性上限可达30mmol/L;抗胆红素和维生素C干扰的能力均较强;没有发现高浓度的钩状效应;与GOD-POD偶联法的测定结果无显著性差异(P>0.05),有良好的相关性(Y=1.0192X-0.3135,r=0.9882)。结论:HK法是临床测定血清葡萄糖较理想的方法。Objective : To evaluate and study of the technical property of the method of hexokinase for Assay of serum glucose. Methods it was performed that the precision test, recovery test, linear test and interference test for the hexokinase method. Results: with in run and between run CV of hexokinase method was 1.28% and 1.91%, and the between day CV was 2. 20% and total CV was 2.74% respectively. The average rate of recovery of hexokinase method was 99. 12% , and the upper limit of liner can reach to 30mmol/L. It can significantly against interfere with the bilirubin and vitamin C. In higher concentration of hexokinase, we have not found hook effect. There was significantly correlated with method of GOD - POD cross - coupling ( Y = 1. 0192X - 0. 3135, r = 0. 9882) and had no significant difference between them ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusions : Hexokinase method is an effective way to assay serum glueose.
