摘　　要：目的通过对女性急性泌尿系感染尿沉渣涂片染色,观察不同种类上皮细胞及其细菌种类,探讨女性急性泌尿系感染的类型及程度。方法取晨尿液离心沉淀物涂片、染色,观察尿中各种上皮细胞及细菌。结果计数200个上皮细胞上的细菌种类和数量,表明女性急性泌尿系感染多为革兰氏阴性(G-)杆菌和革兰氏阳性(G+)球菌,主要分布于扁平上皮细胞上,其次为移行上皮细胞,而小圆上皮细胞则较少。结论根据尿中上皮细胞种类的不同,可初步判定女性急性泌尿系感染的类型及程度。Objective To explore the type and of acute urinary system infection in female by the sediment smear staining, and observe distinct epithelioid cells and their baeterium species. Methods means of urinary Urina sanguinis was sampled to centrifugation, then to smear and stain, observe the distinct kind of epithelioid cells and bacterium. Results There is mostly gram- negative bacillus and gram- positive coccus in acute urinary system infection in female. They round were mainly distributed on pavement epithelium cells, next on cells. Conclusion We can initial assess the typus and degress transitional epithelial cell, however little on small of acute urinary system infection in female accord-ing to the species of urine cellula epithelialis.
