摘 要:采用地木耳和枯草覆盖处理,在温室内模拟研究了天然草地围封过程中产生的地木耳和枯草层覆盖对羊草出苗和生长的影响.结果表明,覆盖地木耳和覆盖地木耳+枯草的处理显著降低了羊草的出苗率、株高和生物量,对枝条密度和抽穗都有负面影响,只对羊草存活有利,但与对照差异不显著.对照中的羊草出苗率、生物量和株高分别是覆盖地木耳和覆盖地木耳+枯草中的相应指标的2.7和6.2倍,10.4和19.3倍,3.2和10.4倍.覆盖地木耳和覆盖地木耳+枯草后的光照强度分别较对照降低了83.5%和92.2%.地木耳及枯草覆盖物处理中羊草出苗率的显著降低可能与这些处理降低了到达地表的光照强度有关.The effects of Nostoc commune and litter which produced during the process of grassland enclosure on seedling emergence and growth of Leymus chinensis were studied in greenhouse.The results indicated that the application Nostoc commune and Nostoc commune+ litter significantly reduced the seedling emergence,seedling height,and shoot biomass,showed negative effects on seedling density and inflorescences,only increased seedling survival,but no significant difference with the control.The seedling emergence,shoot biomass and height in control was 2.7 and 6.2,10.4 and 19.3,3.2 and 10.4 times of those in Nostoc commune and Nostoc commune + litter application treatments.Light intensity in Nostoc commune and Nostoc commune + litter application treatments was decreased 83.5% and 92.2% separately compared with control.The fact that seedling emergence was negatively affected by the application of Nostoc commune and litter might be due to the reduction of light intensity on the soil surface.
