摘 要:采用叠频法对异步电动机进行温升试验,因其独具优点,颇受业界青睐。但传统的叠频法需要多台原动机甚至还要加上变压器,使得试验系统结构庞大,成本昂贵,噪声高。提出一种采用电压型变频器双调制波脉宽调制(PWM)对异步电机进行叠频温升试验的方法,该方法具有设备少、投资轻、体积小、噪声低等优点,有很好的推广应用价值。阐述了双调制波PWM原理,分析了双调制波调制后复合磁场的幅值和相位的动态变化过程及其数学表达式。仿真和试验结果表明了该方法的正确性和有效性。Temperature-rising test of superposed-frequency method for induction motor has great merits and accepted by many industrials. But the traditional superposing-frequency method needs many prime movers, sometime transformers should be added, that causes the experimental system extreme huge and expensive, during the test it will make big noise. Supeeposed-frequeney method based on voltage inverter of double sine wave-based PWM used for temperature-rising test of induction motor is adopted, it has many advantages such as needs few equipments, little investment, small volume ere, it has very good promotion application value. The double sine wave-based PWM principle is elaborated,the dynamic change process of the amplitude and the phase of the compound magnetic field by the double sine wave-based PWM modulation and the mathematical expression are analyzed. The accuracy and the validity of the method are indicated by simulation and the test result.
