无痛可视人工流产术全麻药作用时间和镇痛效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察5组全麻药在无痛可视人工流产术中的作用时间和镇痛效果,以提供最佳麻醉方法、麻醉药物和剂量。方法:选择我院和青龙满族自治县人民医院行无痛可视人工流产术无禁忌证受术者300例,随机分为5组,瑞芬太尼组、瑞芬太尼+丙泊酚组、瑞芬太尼+咪唑安定组、丙泊酚组、丙泊酚+芬太尼组,比较各组麻醉药的诱导、手术、苏醒时间和定向力恢复情况,分析各组麻醉药的镇痛效果。结果:5组麻醉药中,瑞芬太尼+丙泊酚组诱导、手术、苏醒时间和定向力恢复最佳,镇痛效果显著,与其他组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞芬太尼+丙泊酚组用于无痛可视人工流产术中效果较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective： T observ t t e and analgesic effect of flve groups entire anesthetic in the painless visually artificial ＇abortion and provide the best method of anesthesia, narcotic drugs and doses. Methods： We selected 300 patients who came to our hospital and the county hospital without eontraindication of surgery about painless visually artificial abortion, they were randomly divided into five groups, remifentanil group, （remifentanil＋propofol） group, （remifentanil＋midazolam） group, propofol group, （propofol＋fentanyl） group, each group was compared the induction of anesthesia, surgery, recovery time and recovery of orientation, analysed their analgesic effect. Results： In five groups, the remifentanil＋propofol group were best on induction, surgery, recovery time and the recovery of orientation than other groups, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： （Remifentanil＋propofol） group in the painless visually artificial abortion is better than the other entire anesthetics, it is worth for clinical use.
