炉甘石原料及其制剂中锌盐含量测定方法的考察

摘　　要：目的:建立以炉甘石为主药制剂的小儿撒布粉和炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂含量测定方法,并对其方法进行考察。方法:采用络合滴定法测定炉甘石中锌盐的含量,并分别对小儿撒布粉3种含量测定方法和炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂中4种含量测定方法进行比较。结果:小儿撒布粉测定方法中方法1、3结果比较无显著性差异;炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂测定方法中方法1、4结果比较无显著性差异。结论:以炉甘石为主药的制剂小儿撒布粉和炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂含量测定方法需要改进。Objective： To establish the content determination method of zinc salt in Pedo-Epipastic of Children and Calamine and Menthol Lotion by principal agent of calamine, and to inspect these methods. Methods： To determine the content of zinc salt by complexometry. Compared with three kinds of content determination methods in Pedo-Epipastic of Children and four kinds of content determination methods in Calamine and Menthol Lotion. Results： The content deter- mination method 1 and 3 was not significant difference deviation in Pedo-Epipastic of Children, and there was also nut significant difference deviation in method 1 and 4 in the Calamine and Menthol Lotion. Conclusion： Principal agent of calamine should improve the content determination method further in Pedo-Epipastic of Children and Calamine and Menthol Lotion.
