0.3%聚维酮碘溶液治疗阴道炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察0.3%聚维酮碘溶液治疗阴道炎的疗效。方法:551例符合条件的常见阴道炎患者,随机分成两组。观察组276例,用0.3%聚维酮碘溶液会阴阴道冲洗治疗;对照组275例,用双子参液会阴阴道冲洗治疗。每天冲洗1次,连续7d。结果:观察组痊愈率为80.43%,对照组痊愈率为56.73%,两组疗效比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:0.3%聚维酮碘溶液治疗阴道炎效果良好。Objective： To evaluate the effect of 0.3% Povidone Iodine Solution in the treatment of Vaginitis. Methods： 551 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the test group had 276 cases, they were treated with 0.03% Povidone Iodine Solution, the control group had 275 cases, and they were treated with Shuangzishen Liquid. Each group was treated by vaginal douching, qd, 7 days. Results： The curative rate of the test group was 87.60%, and the control group was 56.73%, there was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion： The clinical effect of 0.3% Povidone Iodine Solution in the treatment of Vaginitis is satisfactory.
