摘　　要：目的:探讨输血科在临床输血管理中的作用,保证安全输血。方法:统计2007年1月～2008年12月临床用血量、用血成分、输血申请单、输血不良反应回报单和标本接收记录,并进行回顾性分析评价。结果:我院输血医疗行为更为规范,临床用血结构更趋合理,全血用量下降,成份输血率上升,输血不良反应发生率下降。结论:输血科在临床安全输血中发挥着不可缺少的重要作用。Objective： To study the role of blood transfusion branch in clinical transfusion management for safety of clinical transfusion. Methods： The clinical data of the amount of the blood for clinical use, the blood component, the transfusion application, the feedback of adverse transfusion reactions and the register for check and accept of blood samples from January 2007 to December 2008 were counted and analyzed. Results：The blood component transfusion rate rose up in our hospital, the amount of the whole blood for clinical use and incidence rate of adverse transfusion reaction decreased. The behavior of transfusion services was more standard in our hospital, and the structure of clinical blood use also more trended to reasonability. Conclusion： The department of blood transfusion plays an important and indispensable role in safety of clinical transfusion.
