摘 要:本文研究了经过一定处理后失活的盐泽螺旋藻(Spirulina subsala)对七种染料的吸附行为;同时探讨了不同重金属对失活的盐泽螺旋藻吸附染料的影响.结果表明失活盐泽螺旋藻对七种染料的吸附行为均能较好地符合Freundlich及Langmuir等温吸附方程;对七种染料的吸附能力由强到弱依次为:碱性艳蓝BO>活性艳蓝KN-R>酸性大红4BS>深棕MM>黑G>湖蓝SB>黑ATT;重金属Cu,Ni的存在可显著促进染料的生物吸附.The biosorption of seven kinds of dyes on prepared algae (Spirulina subsalsa) was examined in this paper. The results showed that Freundlich isotherm and Langmuir isotherm were all good appropriate type for this biosorption. The influence of some different heavy metal ions such as Cu2+ , Ni2+ and Cd2+, when they were present seperately and jointly,on the biosorption was studied. The relationship between the chemical structure of dyes and biosorption was also discussed.
